Our Fall Pumpkin Installations can be customized with added elements, specific color palettes, or design adjustments to suit your style by filling out the custom porch form linked on the home page. For Christmas, spring, and summer, our virtual decorating concierge service is collaborative from the start — you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire so we can capture your vision. From seasonal themes to curated color schemes, every detail is thoughtfully tailored to create a personalized, high-end look you’ll love.
What are your delivery and setup details?
Our delivery and setup process at Nook & Nestled is designed to be convenient and hassle-free. Once your order is confirmed, I’ll schedule a delivery window that works with your installation timeline. For Fall Pumpkin Installations, you don’t need to be home — everything can be arranged without your involvement, so you can come home to a fully styled porch. If your home has gate or community access codes, or any specific drop-off guidelines, please share those in advance to ensure a smooth setup. I take care of every detail, so your seasonal decor is perfectly in place and ready to welcome the season with style.
Do you offer different size options for your packages?
Yes! For fall, we offer four package sizes — Mini, Petite, Classic, and Grand — each varying in scale and detail so you can choose the perfect fit for your porch, style, and budget. For Christmas, spring, and summer, our virtual decorating concierge service is completely custom. You’ll complete a design questionnaire, and I’ll create a tailored mood board with product links and styling guidance to bring your vision to life.
How far in advance should I book my porch decorating service?
To secure your preferred installation date — especially during the busy fall season — we recommend booking 4–5 weeks in advance. This allows time to plan your design, source materials, and ensure everything is ready for a seamless setup. For our virtual Christmas, spring, and summer services, booking early also ensures we can collaborate on your design and get your curated product links to you in time for shopping and delivery. While last-minute bookings may be possible if my schedule allows, availability is limited — so reserving your spot early is always best.
What areas do you serve? & Do you have a travel fee?
We currently serve Berlin, MD, Ocean City, MD, and surrounding areas for in-person Fall Pumpkin Installations. When booking your installation, you’ll be able to select your location, and any applicable travel fee will be shown at checkout. If your exact location is not listed, simply select the closest option — I’ll follow up directly if your address requires any additional adjustments. Our virtual decorating concierge services for Christmas, spring, and summer are available to clients anywhere.
Will you take down the decorations after the season ends?
At this time, I will not be offering a pumpkin removal service at the end of the season, as I will be welcoming a newborn during that period. You are welcome to keep and enjoy your pumpkins for as long as you wish. If you’d like to donate them, I plan to share contact information for local farms that would gladly accept pumpkins for their animals. This way, your decor can continue to bring joy — even after the season ends.
Can you work around my existing porch decor?
Absolutely! For Fall Pumpkin Installations, I’m happy to incorporate decor you already own to create a cohesive look that blends beautifully with the new seasonal elements. For virtual Christmas, spring, and summer designs, you can share photos of your existing porch decor during the questionnaire process so I can recommend ways to style and integrate them into your final look.
What if I have a problem with the decor after it’s installed?
If you notice any issues with your Fall Pumpkin Installation after it’s been set up, please contact me within 24 hours so I can address the concern promptly. While I take great care in sourcing and arranging each piece, natural materials like pumpkins and plants can be affected by weather, temperature changes, or other environmental factors, which are outside my control. For virtual Christmas, spring, and summer designs, I’m happy to provide additional styling guidance if you run into any challenges while setting up your decor.
